This is based on a line drawing of a men's cap from the early 17th Century miscellany The design is stitched in cotton perle on a linen/cotton mix fabric in Stem Stitch and closed Fly Stitch. 
 
A kit for the design as a mens cap with 4 panels can be provided as a special order.
